Directions

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients well.
  2. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl mix chicken and lettuce.
  4. Saute the almonds in butter.
  5. Add almonds to the chicken and lettuce.
  6. Pour the vinegar mixture over the salad and mix well.
  7. Serve.
