Pleasant & light. Sesame is good for calcium and that is why I chose this recipe. DD1 (4 years old) and I had this with sesame rice crackers for breakfast. I actually avoided this early postpartum because of the ginger. I suggest you add the introduction ingredients to the list and that way it will receive more reviews.
