  • Combine the first 7 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Shape into 2 inch balls.
  • Brown on all sides in a skillet over low heat; drain off excess fat and add water; cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Drain the fruit cocktail, reserving 1 cup of syrup.
  • Combine the fruit cocktail, reserved syrup and remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boiling point over low heat, stirring frequently. Serve hot over Ham balls.
