  1. Place chopped bok choy (napa) and onions in fridge to cool. Melt butter in skillet, add almonds and noodles (broken into small pieces). Saute until golden. Add dry flavor packets from noodles, mix with almonds and noodles. Let cool. Mix with napa and onions just prior to serving.
  2. Dressing: Combine remaining ingredients in cruet and shake to combine. Dress salad. Refrigerate.
