  • To prepare dressing, heat oil in a small sauce pan over med heat, add ginger; saute 2 minutes. Add garlic and red pepper, cook 1 minute more. Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and salt bring to a simmer. Remove from heat, cool.
  • To prepare the salad, cook peas in boiling water 30 seconds.** Drain and rinse in cold water. combine peas and remaining ingredients except sesame seeds. Drizzle dressing over salad, toss well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • **I've also cooked them in a 'made for the microwave' pot.
  • They steam better!

  2. Made this last night to finish up my sugar snap peas and I am so glad I did! Delicious!! I put the peas in a micro safe dish and covered cooking for a few minutes than added to the other ingredients as PaulaG had done. Simple and wonderful. I served this with Recipe#115446#115446 and Recipe#344598#344598 and we had a great meal. Thank you.

  4. Mmm I loved this, I did heta up the entire thing though on the stove in a pan for about 3 minutes, everything was really crunchy and good
