Chipotle Dip
"This is a great creamy dip for tortilla chips or toast points. My Mom makes this dip and it never sticks around long enough since everyone loves it. Other variations can be added to this like shredded cheddar cheese or more or less of the chipotle's and sauce. I like a little more sour cream in mine than the mayo, but that is just my preference."

ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 -2 chipotle pepper, finely chopped (in adobe sauce)
- 1⁄2 bunch green onion, chopped
directions
- Mix the mayo, sour cream and chopped chipotle's together.
- Mix one or two tablespoons of adobe sauce into mayo mixture until light pink (you can add more sauce or chipotle's to your liking).
- Add chopped green onions and mix together (can add more green onions to your liking).
- Set in fridge for 30 minutes for best flavor or can serve right away.
