  • 12 cup kosher salt
  • 34 teaspoon dried chipotle powder

  • Place the salt and chipotle-powder in a small container with a lid, seal the container, and shake vigorously for several seconds until the chipotle powder is evenly distributed in the salt.
  • If you cannot find chipotle powder, grind chipotle flakes until they are reduced to a fine powder.

  1. I ran to the kitchen to make this as soon as I saw it! Nice flavor, not too much heat. I did increase the chipotle powder to a full teaspoon, though. Thank you so much for posting; I'll be using this a lot!
