ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons drained capers, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cornichons, gherkins or 2 tablespoons dill pickles
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon minced canned chipotle chile

directions

Mix all ingredients in medium bowl to blend.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
