  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter or margarine and sugar; beat in eggs.
  3. Combine and thoroughly mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; beat into creamed mixture.
  4. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake 25 minutes, or until firmly set in center.
  6. Immediately top with with marshmallows and chocolate chips; return to oven for 3 minutes.
  7. Gently swirl together and blend softened marshmallows and chocolate chips. Cool before cutting. Makes 24 bars.
