  2. What a healthy and tasty smoothie! I like my smoothies thick like a milkshake, so I kept adding ice until it was nice and thick. The result was easily 12 oz, so the 2nd time I made it I cut the recipe in half, which was more than enough for a single serving. Great combo of flavors, and the addition of peanut butter makes is a protein shake that is good before or after a workout.
