Choco Peanut Chocolate Chip Cookie

"I have been experimenting with my A+ chocolate chip cookie recipe and I think this is a great adaptation. A mild double chocolate chip recipe with plain roasted peanuts added for some extra crunch. It is not over powering on the chocolate so its a nice cookie for those without a big sweet tooth."

I love to cook but baking is my passion. For me baking is a stress reliever, unlike for many it increases their stress. I've recently started to bake for family weddings to go along with baking for every family and friend get together. My co-workers devour my baked goods in minutes! I cannot go anywhere without being asked to bring something, but I love to do it so I have no complaints. I'm always looking for new recipes and ideas so I'm now addicted to this site!
