  1. delicious and so easy to make! i love the coconut/chocolate/nut plavor. i didn't have macadamias so i used pistachios and peanuts, they tasted great.

  2. These didn't work for me, and it's probably my fault. I could't find chocolate wafers so I substituted Oreos -- huge mistake! They were greasy, way too sweet, and I literally ad to chisel them out of the pan. I'm sure these are good when made with chocolate wafers though.

  3. We call theese congo bars.

  4. Made a double batch for a large group. I used chocolate wafer cookies and put in food processor to make crumbs. I think oreos would also work well. The recipe is very easy and tastes great. Can't wait to serve them to the group.

  5. Loved this recipe! It was very easy and very good! I'll keep making these for a long time to come.
