  1. Melt the chocolate chips with the butter.
  2. In a medium bowl mix the dry ingredients.
  3. In a large beat the eggs, oil and vanilla together, it should go thick (allow 3-5 minutes).
  4. Add the vanilla and milk (mix until incorporated).
  5. Gradually add in the dry ingredients and beat together.
  6. Pour the prepared batter into a greased and lined 8 inch square cake tin.
  7. Bake at 350oF for 35-45 minutes (or until cooked when tested with a toothpick).
  8. FROSTING:
  9. Mix the sugar and cocoa together and set aside. Beat the butter and cream cheese together. Add the vanilla, gradually add the sugar/cocoa mix with small amounts of milk until both are incorporated. Frost in your cooled cake and enjoy.
