Ingredients Nutrition

  • 200 g carton natural yoghurt
  • 300 ml carton thickened cream
  • 118.29 ml grated chocolate
  • 29.57 ml brown sugar

Directions

  1. Combine cream and yoghurt.
  2. Beat mixture with electric beater till thick and fluffy.
  3. Fold through grated chocolate.
  4. Pour into 6 individual ramekins.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  6. Leave in refrigerator overnight to set.
