Directions

  1. Grease one 9-inch (23 cm) pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  3. Puree tofu in food processor or blender.
  4. In medium sized mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar together.
  5. Add vanilla and pureed tofu; set aside.
  6. In another medium sized mixing bowl, sift together the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips).
  7. Pour tofu mixture into the flour mixture and stir until blended; do not over mix.
  8. Gently stir in chocolate chips.
  9. Pour mixture into greased pan.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted; cool in pan.
