  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease or line mini muffin pans with paper liners.
  2. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla together in a large bowl. Add melted chocolate and butter. Stir well. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Add chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or just until the tops are firm to the touch.
  6. TIPS: use a mini ice cream scoop to place batter in muffin cups. Use any flavor chocolate chips you have on hand or a combination.
