  • Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Put sugar and flour into a large mixing bowl.
  • Heat melted margarine and oil almost to the boiling point.
  • Then add cocoa and water mixing well.
  • Add this mixture into the sugar/flour mixture.
  • Add the last 5 ingredients then mix well.
  • Pour into a 11x15 sheet cake pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  • Cool, frost and serve.
  • FOR FROSTING:

  • Melt butter, then add all other ingredients, mix well.
  • For white frosting omit the cocoa powder.
