  1. Made this for a quick chocolate fix. Had enough chocolate since I also added chocolate chips, but I didn't particularly like the texture of it.

  2. This was cakey and not as good as I hoped for. I will try again another time with margarine instead of oil. Also I didn't have self rising flour and used a substitute flour for it. On the other hand my 3 yo loved making it and loved eating it.

  3. Made this but cooked it in a 400F oven in a oven proof dish. Came out like a lava cake!! Yummm

  4. Mmmmmmm!!! I just made this a couple minutes ago, and I must say, it has definitely fixed my cake craving :) Just delicious! I can't wait to make one for my little girl when she gets home from daycare :D

  5. This is yummy and fun! My kids thought it was amazing! Best if eaten right out of the microwave...or only cooled slightly. My kids love that they can make a cake so easy- they made one for their dad the second he got home and he liked it too!

I'm a currently unemployed student living in Christchurch, New Zealand. In my spare time, which I have a lot of, I like biking, going to the gym, knitting, sewing, anything crafty basically, and of course cooking and baking! I have a biggg passion for animals, especially dogs and cats. I have one russian blue cat called Jessica and I have my heart set on getting a cute bichon frise whenever I can afford to. One of my biggest pet peeves, when it comes to cooking and food, are people who are afraid to try something new.
