  1. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and cocoa together.
  2. Add water.and lemon juice and vanilla
  3. Add salad dressing.
  4. Beat by hand.
  5. Place batter in a greased and floured 9 inch square pan.
  6. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees Fahrenheit, for 40 minutes or til done my oven is wonky.
