- 150 g dark chocolate
- 500 g unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1⁄4 cup icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons rum
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄4 cup drinking chocolate
directions
- Combine the chocolate, butter, cream, sifted icing sugar and rum in a small pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate and butter have melted; remove from heat.
- Transfer mixture to medium mixing bowl. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until semi-set.
- Using electric beaters, beat the mixture until it is creamy. Roll heaped teaspoonfuls combined cocoa and drinking chocolate until coated.
- Refrigerate until firm.
