  • Combine the chocolate, butter, cream, sifted icing sugar and rum in a small pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate and butter have melted; remove from heat.
  • Transfer mixture to medium mixing bowl. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until semi-set.
  • Using electric beaters, beat the mixture until it is creamy. Roll heaped teaspoonfuls combined cocoa and drinking chocolate until coated.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
