Ingredients Nutrition

  • 8 ounces milk chocolate
  • 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups corn flakes (I prefer to slightly crush them)

Directions

  1. Chop chocolate into bite-sized pieces and melt over a double boiler. (Make sure the water doesn't spatter into your chocolate, or you will ruin it!).
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and cornflakes.
  3. Drop by teaspoons on a waxed-paper lined cookie sheet. Let harden for 3-4 hours. Do NOT refrigerate!
