  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix the vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa powder and powder sugar together.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in to the crumbs and powder mix.
  4. Press in the bottom of a spring form pan.
  5. Bake for 10 minute.
  6. Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
  7. Mix in the can of condensed sweetened milk.
  8. Melt the chocolate in a pan stirring constantly over low heat.
  9. Mix the melt chocolate chips into the cream cheese.
  10. Next stir in the 4 eggs one at a time.
  11. Now mix in the vanilla.
  12. Pour into the spring form pan.
  13. Bake for 60 to 65 minutes.
  14. Monitor your temperature and cooking time to obtain the desired texture of the cheesecake. The long the cooking time the dryer the cheese cake. Test with a tooth pick.
