Directions

  1. In a medium size pan place the cream, milk and dried chili, bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Strain to remove the chopped chilies.
  3. Add the cream to the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Pour the soup into 4 small serving bowls.
  5. Garnish with croutons, baby marshmallows and chocolate flakes.
  6. Serve warm.
