Directions

  1. Combine butter, eggs and bananas and vanilla.
  2. Add sugar. Blend until smooth
  3. Add salt, baking powder, baking soda and flour.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add raisins or chocolate chips. Mix well.
  6. Spoon into 2 greased loaf pans.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until tester comes out clean, could take up to an hour.
