  1. Spray loaf pan with Pam or other non stick spray.
  2. Mash bananas with fork. You want a few lumps. Beat in egg and sugar until creamy with a few banana chuncks.
  3. Dissolve baking soda in water and add to banana mixture.
  4. Melt margarine. Allow to cool.
  5. Add flour and margarine to banana mixture. Stir. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed. Pour into loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
