Directions

  1. Melt butter and 2 cups chocolate chips together.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and soda together.
  3. Put melted chocolate mixture in a large bowl.
  4. Add sugar and beat for 5 minutes.
  5. until smooth.
  6. Add vanilla essence and gradually add water.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well, after each addition.
  9. Add flour mixture and mix on low speed until blended.
  10. Fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet choc chips.
  11. Pour into a greased 10" round pan.
  12. Bake at 325 deg.
  13. F for 35-45 minutes .
  14. Cool.
  15. Store in your fridge.
