  1. I just realized that I hadn't reviewed this recipe. I was just looking at it to make it AGAIN. This will be at least the fourth time I've made this. Needless to say, it's one of the favorite things I've made for friends. If it cracks during baking, I usually cover it up with either whipped cream or a chocolate drizzle. Thank you for posting this recipe!!!

  2. One of our family's favorites. I used Oreos for the crust, it was fantastic!!

  3. Made this for Easter dessert. Raves all around. Nice and creamy, very easy to make.

  4. This was out of this world good! I had the chocolate wafers, but my son is allergic to coconut, which was one of their ingredients. So, I substituted the Girl Scout Thanks-A-Lot cookies - delicious! Thanks for a keeper! Cheesecake is one of my son's favorites so I am always experimenting!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
