Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie
"Just like the ones in the mall...you can write your own message if you choose...other wise at our house, sometimes we cut like a pie and serve with ice cream for a quick summer dessert..I have even substituted different flavored chips..like butterscotch...and mocha"

- 2 large eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3⁄4 cup butter, softened
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 9 inches pie crusts
directions
- cream together eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and butter, add flour, mixing well -- stir in chocolate chips and walnuts -- if desired.
- spread in pie crust --
- bake at 325* for one hour -- or until center tests done.

I love cooking, and reading Christian fiction..I have 5 grandchildren..4 boys and 1 spoiled granddaughter...I also have a black cocker spaniel named Tobey..who is very spoiled..Love computer games, cross stitch and reading cookbooks..I was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia almost a year ago, on September 26, 2005....was in an out of the hospital for 8 months, doing intensive chemo...I am doing well now, thanks for all the prayers...
