I am married with 2 boys, 5 & 4 and a baby girl. I love spending time in the kitchen. I plan out our dinner menu's in advance so I don't usually have to scramble around trying to figure out what to make. I esp. love to bake much to my family's delight. I'm Mennonite and grew up around my Amish Grandma spoiling us with her good baking and then later my family ran a bakery for a while. Needless to say most of my cooking and baking is NOT low fat. My dream is to some day own/run a bakery myself.
