Chocolate Chip Cookies

"This is a recipe from an old family friend, the only chocolate chip cookie recipe I ever use. I like to underbake these slightly for a soft cookie, but you can leave them in a little longer for a crispy golden cookie. The butter flavor crisco and the rum extract give these cookies a really nice flavor."
