  • Heat oven to 375.
  • In small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour, baking powder.
  • In large mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth.
  • Add graham cracker crumb mixture, mix well.
  • Stir in coconut, chocolate chips and walnuts.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungrreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

  1. This was a very interesting twist on the traditional chocolate chip cookie. These were a big hit in my household. I would recommend using an ice cream scoop to measure them out.
     
  2. This was a hit in my household as well. I didn't have any coconut, so I used 1/3 cup of oats. Still was great. This is a keeper in the rotation.
     
  3. These were easy to make and the family seemed to enjoy. I had trouble with them sticking to the pan and thought the sweetened condensed milk left a bit of an aftertaste.
