"On a diet? Want a cookie? Make these! *Now here's my disclaimer. These aren't the cookies I'd make for myself if I wasn't on a diet. They're really yummy, but the texture is different from "normal" chocolate chip cookies. That being said, I love these little things especially since they don't wreck my diet!"

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Mix both kinds of Splenda with margarine until combined. Add applesauce, yogurt, and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Stir flour mixture into margarine mixture.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop by spoonful onto greased or lined cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes. Cool 1 minute before removing to cooling racks.
