  • Cream butter, oil, and sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in agave, egg, and yolk.
  • Add in dry ingredients minus oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  • Fold in oats, cranberries, and chocolate chips.
  • Form 1 inch balls.
  • Spray cookie sheet or stone with pam. Slightly flatten cookies.
  • Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes.
