  • Preheat oven to 275 F.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff.
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar and continue to beat.
  • Add remaining sugar and lemon juice: continue to beat.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.
  • Drop by teaspoon - 2 inches apart.
  • Bake in slow oven until slightly browned - about 2/4 to1 hour.
  • Let cool on waxed paper.
