ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup salad oil
directions
- Cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and pinch of salt together. Stir in chocolate chips; set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil and vinegar.
- Fill muffin tin 1/3 full of chocolate mixture; add large spoon of cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Cheese should be gooey.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
