Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 cup organic tahini
  • 34 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 large organic free range egg
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour, mix (your choice)
  • 12 teaspoon aluminum free baking soda
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 big handful enjoy life chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients.
  3. Drop tablespoons of cookie dough on ungreased pans 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown on the bottom.
  5. Cool on wire racks (Or eat warm).
  6. Enjoy with tea or coffee!
