  1. Preheat oven to 400° and grease or line 12 muffin cups.
  2. Combine the semisweet chocolate, baking chocolate and butter and then melt in microwave (carefully, do not burn).
  3. Let cool to lukewarm.
  4. Combine the sour cream, sugar, corn syrup, egg and vanilla extract. Blend with the melted chocolate mixture.
  5. Blend flour, baking soda and salt; add to the chocolate mixture and blend well.
  6. Add chocolate chips.
  7. Pour batter into muffin tins.
  8. Bake about 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from tins, letting them cool on wire rack.
