Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 14 cup cold water
  • 1 (21 1/2 ounce) brownie mix
  • 3 (7 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars (I use Hershey's Symphony bars)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix together mayo, eggs and water until well mixed, Stir in brownie mix until well blended.
  3. Coarsely chop 2 chocolate bars, mix into brownie batter.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until edges pull away from sides of pan.
  6. Remove brownies from oven and immediately top with remaining chocolate bars. Let stand 5 minutes then spread evenly over brownies.
  7. Let cool completely and cut into bars.
