I had to prepare a cookie recipe for the neighborhood Christmas Cookie Exchange. This one looked appetizing. It's delicious! I followed the recipe almost word for word. I used cocoa powder mixed with oil as a substitute for the unsweetened chocolate squares, but that's all I changed. It made 3 and 1/2 dozen cookies. I did allow the batter to sit in the fridge as suggested.
