- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 3⁄4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 3⁄4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time.
- In a separate bowl combine the cocoa, flour, and baking soda.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients with the wet.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop onto cookie sheets.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Cool for 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
