Chocolate Covered Cherry Jello Shots

"I found these on a cocktail website and tried them for New Year's Eve. They were pretty good; the cherry flavor predominates with a hint of the chocolate. Maybe a stronger chocolate liquor like Godiva would give it more chocolate flavor. These are also pretty mild in terms of alcohol content for jello shots. Cooking time refers to chilling time."

  • Combine hot water and cherry jello, stir until dissolved.
  • Add creme de cacao.
  • Dispense into 1-ounce plastic cups.
