Chocolate Covered Oreo Cookie Cake

"This cake is sooo good! It looks like a giant oreo cookie when finished! The cream cheese oreo filling in the middle of the two chocolate cakes is to die for! It is so pretty if you garnish it on top with a big dollup of cool whip in the middle, stick a whole cookie on top of that, then crunch up some cookies to sprinkle all over! Very nice dessert to take to any kind of family gathering or event!"
