  1. Crust:
  2. Oven at 375ºF.
  3. Press mixed ingredients onto the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, let cool completely.
  5. 1st Layer:
  6. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and cool whip.
  7. Pour on cooled crust.
  8. 2nd Layer:
  9. Mix chocolate instant pudding, vanilla instant pudding, and milk.
  10. Combine with a mixer until mixture becomes thick.
  11. Pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
  12. Top with Cool whip.
  13. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
