Directions

  1. Mix together butter, flour and nuts. Press in the bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees; cool.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and about 3 ounces of cool whip; spread on crust.
  3. Mix together pudding mix and milk and spread on cream cheese.
  4. Top with remaining cool whip.
  5. Sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top if desired.
