directions

  • Blend tofu til smooth.
  • Add cocoa & blend.
  • Add honey & vanilla and blend thoroghly til smooth.
  • Pour into a serving bowl or custard cups.
  • Fridge at least 1 hour before serving.
  • ( Can use 2 cups drained cottage cheese in place of tofu.).

  1. I made this waaay back using the recipe on the back of the Mori-Nu package - so glad to find it again here. This just satisfies that gotta have something kind of craving, and while it doesn't go over well with my children, it's a nice sweet treat for me. I used agave in place of the honey with good results. Thanks for posting Chef!
     
  2. This is delicious. I was doubtful that tofu be transformed into a dessert that would satisfy me, but it is very good and oh so simple. I used regular Mori-Nu firm tofu instead of lite, but even so it still has only 3 grams of fat per serving. I added a pinch of cinnamon and maybe a half teaspoon of instant coffee granules, because I love those flavors with chocolate. It's nice to have a simple dessert that supplies a decent amount of protein and not too many carbs. Thanks!
