- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2⁄3 cup butter
- 2 unsweetened chocolate squares (bakers)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup confectioners' sugar
directions
- In a double broiler melt butter unsweetened chocolate and vanilla; set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients together; set aside.
- Mix eggs, and chocolate mixture; gradually add dry ingredients.
- Refrigerate overnight, or at least 12 hours.
- Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in powdered sugar.
- Bake at 350 F for 12 minute.
