1. Loved this recipe! Was super easy and tasted great, was a big hit!

 2. It did come out a little grainy for me too, but the texture really isn't that bad. I only had Cocoa powder on hand, and used right around 3/8 of a cup of powder instead of the 1 cup of chips. The chocolate, whatever kind you do use, DOES go in LAST. It probably took me less than 10 minutes to actually make, and it spreads really nicely.
It is really good, I am glad with how it turned out.
I used it with this cake: http://www.food.com/recipe/chocolate-cake-66385/

 3. I was making a chocolate pizza cookie with DGD for a scheduled play date when I realized I didn't have a can of prepared frosting. No worries, I came to Zaar and found this one. Very simple with ingrediants I had on hand. I was a little nervous about using regular sugar instead of powdered but it was fine. I did have one issue that almost caused a major problem. In the directions the first line says to compine, chocolate chips - which I did, then later says remove from heat and ADD chips which makes a big differance when it comes to boiling. I should have read everything first but was in a hurry and didn't. No worries though, I did have some issues with the sugar not melting all the way a being a little grainy - but the kids thought it was the best treat ever. Next time I'll just be sure to remember that step. All in all a very simple, rich chocolate frosting that was so easy to work with.
