  1. Rich, dark chocolate flavored sauce. What's not to love about chocolate? I had a bit of trouble getting all of the cocoa lumps out of this sauce. I think that if I had sifted the cocoa and then combined it with the sugar before adding the cream, the sauce would have been smoother. Not to worry....I'll blend the rest of this yummy sauce in the blender with some ice cream and milk to make a chocolate shake!

  2. I needed a chocolate sauce to serve with my double chocolate bundt cake. Can I just say that this sauce almost didn't make it to the party! WOW!!! Wonderful sauce...a definite keeper for my recipe book!!!

  4. I couldn't find my usual recipe, and this one had the most chocolate in it, so I gave it a try. I used dark chocolate, but otherwise followed the recipe closely. It had a lovely chocolate-butter flavor and a smooth velvety texture. Yum! Thanks for sharing!

  5. I've made this fudge sauce exactly as written about six times now and I've lost count of how many times I've been asked for the recipe already! It is rich, fudgy, and thick - impressive in taste and appearance yet so easy to make. Absolutely perfect sundae topping for fudge lovers!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
