  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 tablespoon soft fresh goat cheese, crumbled

directions

  • Warm griddle or indoor grill.
  • Spread butter on one side of each piece of bread.
  • On one slice put chocolate hazelnut spread then sit it butter side down on griddle/grill. Sprinkle cheese on top and cover with other slice of bread.
  • Grill both sides until golden and crispy.
  • Eat promptly!

  1. Gooey oozy deliciousness. It sounds like an odd combo, but you can hardly taste the goat cheese, since there is a ton of the chocolate hazelnut spread - I think you could probably halve it. I used less butter and just melted it into the nonstick pan, which worked well - and browned the sandwich about 3 minutes per side on medium.

Why "SoupCookie"? My cousin Ryan use to come to my house after school sometimes and was *always* hungry! So he used to make his version of chocolate chip cookies and I can't remember what he did or didn't do right but the cookies never failed to come out flat and doughy and gooey. We'd put them in a bowl with milk and eat it with a spoon.....sooooo good!
