  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 12 cups goat's milk
  • 12 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 23 cup cocoa

Directions

  1. Place sugar and cocoa powder in a large pan. Mix well.
  2. Add milk. Bring to a boil.
  3. Boil gently until mixture reaches the soft ball stage.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Stir in vanilla and butter.
  6. Add peanut butter and nuts if desired.
  7. Beat by hand until thick and pour into buttered 8x8 pan.
